Pricing and Order Forms

Due to our desire to pasture raise our poultry and maintain a high quality product, we raise limited numbers of chicken per flock every year.
We begin taking orders for chickens beginning in January.
We operate on a pre-order basis as well as offer whole and cut birds at market
discounts are offered on large orders of chicken, which can be found on our bulk order form.
All poultry is processed at our State of Connecticut licensed Poultry Slaughter facility, by us, your farmers.

The customer pays the dressed (hanging) weight to us, plus the butcher fees to the slaughterhouse based on the cutsheet requests.
