With our poultry and pork, our #1 priority is the health and wellness of our animals and we strive to create an environment where they are free to exhibit natural tendencies and live a stress-free and happy life. We practice slow farming, which allows us to monitor them closely for their wellbeing and the land on which they roam.
Pricing and Order Forms
Chicken
Due to our desire to pasture-raise our poultry and maintain a high quality product, we raise limited numbers of chicken per flock every year.
We begin taking orders for chickens beginning in January, as well as offer whole and cut birds at a Farmers’ Market and for sale online during the season.
Discounts are offered on large orders of chicken; Information can be found on our bulk order form.
All poultry is processed and butchered at our State of Connecticut licensed Poultry Slaughter facility, by us, your farmers. P.S.L. 102

Pork
Pigs are sold by the half and whole only
The customer pays the dressed (hanging) weight to us, plus the butcher fees to the slaughterhouse based on the cutsheet requests.
